Do you have car parking on site and is it free?
At Malmaison Cheltenham parking is restricted to residents of the hotel only, this is charged at £10.00 per night and is available from 3pm -11am. To find out more information please visit our website here.
Do all your bedrooms have baths?
At Malmaison Cheltenham the majority of our bedrooms feature drench shower over the bath, you can find out more information about our bedrooms here If this is something you would like, we recommend when reserving online you request this in 'Special Requests', however, this cannot be guaranteed in advance and is subject to availability.
Do you have a spa?
No we do not have spa facilities.
I am celebrating a special occasion, is there anything you can do?
We offer a variety of options available for purchase to enhance your experience or help celebrate special occasions, which can be purchased both prior to arrival or when you arrive at our property. For more information please email our team theteam@malmaison.com
Am I able to bring my dog?
Guests are welcome to bring their pets to stay at Malmaison Cheltenham and we welcome well behaved dogs to all our properties. we have a variety of specific dog friendly rooms. Please notify us during the booking process and we will apply a nightly charge of £25.00 per dog. For more information on our pet policy please see our terms and conditions here.
Do you allow children to stay at the hotel?
Yes, we do permit children to stay with us. Travel baby cots can be accommodated in club rooms and above, these can be supplied free of charge when reserved in advance. When reserving online please add a note in 'Special Requests' and this will be arranged for you. For children 12 years old and under we are also able to supply a roll away bed for an additional £30.00 charge per night in any club rooms and above room category. In addition we are able to provide children's breakfast at £8.50 per day. To check availability of these selected room please call our reservations team on 03300 160 380.
Do you have any wheelchair accessible rooms at the hotel?
Yes, at Malmaison Cheltenham we have a select number of club and club deluxe accessible rooms, please contact our central reservations office on 0330 016 0380 to discuss your requirements and select the best rooms to suit your needs.
What time is check in and check out?
At Malmaison Cheltenham you are able to check in from 3.00pm and checkout is at 11.00am. You are welcome to store any luggage with us pre arrival and after check out, please note this must be collected the same day.
