Do you have car parking on site and is it free?
At Malmaison Dundee, we do not have car parking on site. The nearest car park is the Greenmarket Multi-Storey a 5 minute walk away. The cost is £10.20 for up to 12 hours between Monday - Sunday 08.00 - 20.00. Car parking is free at Greenmarket outside of these hours. Do all your bedrooms have baths?
At Malmaison Dundee the majority of our bedrooms are shower only, with the exception of our Junior Suites & Signature Suite, you can find out more information about our bedrooms here.
Which rooms have roll top baths?
At Malmaison Dundee both of our Junior Suites and stunning Signature Suite feature roll top bath and some are in the main bedroom area. If this is something you would like we recommend when reserving online you request this in 'Special Requests'. When booking online; however, this cannot be guaranteed in advance and is subject to availability. Please click here for more information.
Am I able to bring my dog?
Guests are welcome to bring their pets to stay at Malmaison and we welcome well behaved dogs to all our properties. Please notify us during the booking process we will apply a nightly charge of £25.00 per dog. For more information on our pet policy please see our booking terms and conditions here.
Do you allow children to stay at the hotel?
Yes, we do permit children to stay with us. Travel baby cots can be accommodated in club rooms and above, these can be supplied free of charge when reserved in advance. When reserving online please add a note in 'Special Requests' and this will be arranged for you. For children 12 years old and under we are also able to supply a roll away bed for an additional £30.00 charge per night in any club rooms and above room category. In addition we are able to provide children's breakfast at £8.50 per day. To check availability of these selected room please call our reservations team on 03300 160 380.
Do you have any wheelchair accessible rooms at the hotel?
Yes, at Malmaison Dundee we have a select number of standard and club accessible rooms, please contact our central reservations office on 0330 016 0380 to discuss your requirements and select the best rooms to suit your needs.
Do any of your rooms have balconies?
At Malmaison Dundee we do not have any bedrooms with balconies.
Do any of your rooms come with water views?
At Malmaison Dundee some of our club double rooms come with bridge water views. If this is something you would like, we recommend when reserving online you request this in 'Special Requests', however, this cannot be guaranteed in advance and is subject to availability.
What time is check in and check out?
At Malmaison Dundee you are able to check in from 3.00pm and checkout is at 11.00am. You are welcome to store any luggage with us pre arrival and after check out, please note this must be collected the same day.
What facilities do you have at Malmaison Dundee?
